Jade Butler

Graduating from West Wales School of the Arts, Jade Butler is an Irish artist working in oils. Her practice investigates environmental and societal themes and the relationship between nature, society and capitalism. Her most recent portrait series is an examination of the modern youth experience. This body of work offers a contemporary perspective on the present and future of the younger generation.

Jade has exhibited in annual exhibitions of the Royal Hibernian Academy, the Royal Ulster Academy , the Royal Scottish Academy and the Royal Society of Women Artists. Her work is included in private collections in Europe and America and in several public collections including Ulster Hospital and The Office of Public Works.
